By placing an order with Power Generator Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All orders are subject to product availability, successful payment authorization, and final order confirmation.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable product or service terms published on our website.

1. Order Acceptance & Payments

An order placed through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product. An order is not considered fully accepted until payment has been successfully authorized or cleared and the order has been confirmed by Power Generator Store.

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable, or if there is an issue affecting the fulfillment of an order, we will contact the customer and provide appropriate information regarding the available options.

Payments are processed through available secure payment methods and third-party payment providers supported by our website. Orders will normally proceed to fulfillment after the required payment has been successfully received or authorized.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information when placing an order.

2. Product Information & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, availability information, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

Product specifications, technical features, dimensions, accessories, packaging, and other details may vary according to the manufacturer, model, production batch, or applicable market requirements. Where applicable, the manufacturer's latest specifications and documentation shall apply.

We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, specification, or availability errors and to contact customers where an order has been affected by such an error.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Customer Responsibilities

Shipping and delivery are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Shipping costs are calculated based on the applicable order value and delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Applicable taxes, import duties, and destination-related charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and applicable regulations.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact information, and any information reasonably required for customs or delivery processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, transportation conditions, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers should inspect the shipment upon delivery. Where an item arrives visibly damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, customers should contact Power Generator Store promptly and provide supporting photographs or other relevant information before installation or operation where possible.

4. International Shipping & Customs Compliance

For international orders, customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased generator or power equipment can legally be imported, received, installed, and operated in the destination country or region.

Import requirements, permits, technical standards, electrical requirements, emissions regulations, fuel requirements, noise regulations, customs procedures, and other local compliance obligations may vary between countries.

Power Generator Store is not responsible for delays, additional requirements, refused shipments, customs holds, or other regulatory issues arising from destination-country laws or requirements that are outside our reasonable control.

Customers should verify applicable local requirements before placing an international order, particularly for commercial, industrial, standby, or permanently installed generator systems.

5. Order Cancellation & Changes

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests must be submitted to our customer support team as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests received after order processing, product preparation, technical inspection, packaging, or fulfillment activities have commenced may not be guaranteed.

Where a cancellation is approved after processing activities have commenced, applicable restocking, handling, payment processing, logistics, or other reasonable costs may be deducted from the refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available and the request may instead be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Returns, Refunds & Product Condition

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Customers must obtain return authorization or instructions from Power Generator Store before sending any product back.

Eligible returns are subject to the applicable return period, product condition, packaging requirements, transportation restrictions, and inspection requirements stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Generators or power equipment that have been filled with fuel, oil, lubricants, or other restricted operational fluids may be ineligible for return because of safety, hazardous-material, and transportation regulations.

For defective, incorrect, or damaged items, customers should contact our support team before attempting repairs, modifications, installation, or operation where possible so that the appropriate inspection and resolution process can be arranged.

7. Product Use, Installation & Safety

Generators and power equipment must be installed, operated, maintained, stored, and transported in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, safety requirements, applicable regulations, and the intended use of the product.

Depending on the product and installation type, professional installation by a suitably qualified or licensed technician may be required by local regulations or manufacturer requirements. Customers are responsible for ensuring that installation and electrical connections are performed appropriately.

Power Generator Store shall not be responsible for damage, malfunction, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, negligence, operation outside manufacturer specifications, or failure to follow applicable safety instructions.

8. Warranty & Technical Support

Where a product is supplied with a manufacturer's warranty or applicable warranty coverage, such warranty is subject to the manufacturer's terms, conditions, exclusions, and procedures.

Warranty coverage may be affected by improper installation, unauthorized modifications, misuse, neglect, operation outside the manufacturer's specifications, improper maintenance, or other conditions excluded under the applicable warranty terms.

Customers should retain relevant invoices, order information, warranty documentation, and product identification details when requesting warranty or technical assistance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Power Generator Store shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the purchase, installation, possession, use, or inability to use a product.

This limitation does not exclude or restrict any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Customers remain responsible for using generators and power equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions, applicable laws, and relevant technical requirements.

10. Force Majeure

Power Generator Store shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to fulfill an order to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, government actions, regulatory restrictions, public health emergencies, war, civil disturbance, strikes, carrier disruptions, port congestion, customs delays, transportation interruptions, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers agree to use this website lawfully and responsibly. Information submitted through the website must be accurate and must not be used for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
