Return and Refund Policy

Power Generator Store maintains strict product quality, safety, and technical standards for all generators and power equipment supplied through our store. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products that fully meet the return conditions outlined below.

1. Return & Refund Matrix

The applicable refund and return shipping arrangements depend on the reason for the return:

Defective or Incorrect Item:
Refund: 100% full refund for an eligible defective or incorrectly supplied item.
Return Shipping: Paid by Power Generator Store, subject to prior approval and return instructions.
Customer Remorse / Change of Mind:
Refund: 90% refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Return Shipping: Paid by the customer.
Refused or Unaccepted International Delivery:
Refund: Up to 80% of the original item purchase price, subject to a 20% administrative and handling fee.
Return Shipping and Related Costs: Paid by the customer.

Please Note: Restocking, administrative, handling, and other applicable return-related charges are calculated based on the original purchase price of the item and may be deducted directly from the final refund amount. Original shipping charges and destination-related costs may also be non-refundable where applicable.

2. Fuel, Oil, Hazardous Materials & Transport Restrictions

Due to international aviation, maritime, courier, and dangerous-goods transportation regulations, generators or power equipment that have been filled with fuel, oil, lubricants, or other hazardous fluids may be strictly ineligible for return.

Customers must carefully inspect the product upon delivery and before adding fuel, oil, or other operational fluids. Once operational fluids have been added, the product may no longer qualify for return because of safety, transportation, and regulatory restrictions.

3. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return and refund, the returned product must meet the applicable conditions below:

The product must be brand new, unused, uninstalled, and in fully resaleable condition, unless the return is specifically related to a verified defective or incorrect item.
The original manufacturer packaging, manuals, warranty documentation, accessories, components, and other included items must be returned where applicable.
The product must not show signs of unauthorized installation, operation, modification, misuse, physical damage, or improper handling.
Generators or equipment that have been filled with fuel, oil, lubricants, or other operational fluids may be ineligible for return due to transportation and safety restrictions.
Electrical, electronic, control, or technical components that have been installed, modified, damaged, or otherwise used may be non-returnable where their condition prevents safe resale or transportation.

All returns are subject to inspection. Power Generator Store reserves the right to determine return eligibility based on the actual condition of the product, packaging, accessories, and documentation received.

4. Return Authorization & Shipping Instructions

Customers must contact Power Generator Store before sending any product back. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or written return approval may be required before the return can be accepted.

Please do not ship a return to the company address shown on this website unless our support team has specifically instructed you to do so. Depending on the product, destination, and logistics requirements, returns may be directed to a designated service, technical, or logistics facility.

Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

5. Return Inspection & Refund Processing

Once an authorized return is received, the product will be inspected to verify its condition and compliance with this Return and Refund Policy.

If the return is approved, the applicable refund will normally be processed within 5–7 business days after completion of the return inspection.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

6. Delivery Inspection & Damaged Shipments

Customers are encouraged to inspect the shipment and packaging immediately upon delivery. If the package appears visibly damaged, opened, or mishandled during transportation, please document the condition with photographs and contact Power Generator Store as soon as possible.

For products that arrive damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact our support team before attempting installation, operation, or adding fuel, oil, or other operational fluids.

7. International Returns & Refused Deliveries

International returns may be subject to additional transportation, customs, import, export, handling, or carrier requirements. The customer is responsible for complying with applicable return shipping and customs instructions provided by Power Generator Store or the designated logistics provider.

If an international shipment is refused, rejected, abandoned, or cannot be delivered because the customer does not accept the shipment or does not complete the required import or delivery procedures, the applicable administrative, handling, return transportation, and other logistics costs may be deducted from the refund.

8. Non-Returnable Situations

A return may be refused where the product has been used, installed, modified, damaged through improper handling, filled with fuel or other restricted fluids, or otherwise placed in a condition that prevents safe resale or compliant transportation.

Products returned without prior authorization or outside the applicable return period may also be ineligible for a refund.
