1. Order Processing & Handling Time

• Processing Time: Orders are generally processed, inspected, and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, subject to product availability.
• Order Cut-off Time: Our standard order cut-off time is 3:00 PM SGT (Singapore Time), Monday through Friday.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM SGT on Friday, or during Saturday and Sunday, will normally be processed on the following business day.
• Our standard warehouse processing and dispatch operations are closed on weekends and official Singapore public holidays.
• Special & Large Orders: Large generators, commercial equipment, special-order products, or products requiring additional preparation may require additional processing time. Our team will provide the estimated dispatch schedule when your order is confirmed.

2. Secure Packaging & Shipping Safety

Power generators are valuable and specialized equipment. We take appropriate precautions to help ensure that every order is safely prepared for transportation.

• Each generator is carefully inspected and prepared before dispatch.
• Products are securely packaged using suitable protective materials according to the product and shipping requirements.
• Depending on the product, packaging may include protective foam, heavy-duty cushioning, reinforced cartons, pallets, wooden crates, or other suitable protective materials.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Standard deliveries within Singapore generally take approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch, subject to product availability and delivery conditions.
• Large & Heavy Generators: Commercial and heavy generator units may require specialized transportation. Additional delivery arrangements may apply.
• Self-Collection: Where available, customers may arrange self-collection from our designated location in Singapore. Please contact our team in advance to confirm availability and collection arrangements.

4. International & Worldwide Shipping

We provide international shipping to selected destinations worldwide, subject to product availability, destination regulations, and applicable transportation requirements.

Depending on the product and destination, shipments may be arranged through trusted international courier services, freight forwarders, air freight, or sea freight providers.

• Shipping Cost: International shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value and delivery destination. The applicable shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Small & Portable Generators: Eligible smaller generators and accessories may be shipped using international express or air freight services, subject to carrier and destination restrictions.
• Large & Heavy Generators: Larger generator units may require specialized freight arrangements depending on the destination and transportation requirements.
• Estimated Transit Time: International delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided during checkout or order confirmation.
